Pre-Optometry Scholarship

Congratulations! The CrackOAT Scholarship Committee was very fortunate to have received many qualified applications and we look forward to receiving applicants for next time we have the CrackOAT pre-optometry scholarship.

The “Crack the OAT” pre-optometry scholarship will be awarding more scholarships again in the near future to help deserving pre-optometry students. Applicants are required to be enrolled full-time seeking a career in optometry and at least a junior in college (or graduated).

Applications will be reviewed by the scholarship committee and will be awarded based on scholar merit, community service and financial need. Please submit your application here.



Requirements

  • •Resume or CV
  • •Scanned unofficial transcript (GPA needs to be above 3.0)
  • •Scanned OAT score report (optional but recommended)
  • •Short video clip introducing yourself and how CrackOAT was helpful (optional but recommended)
  • •1-2 page essay (single-spaced) on why you deserve the “Crack the OAT” scholarship
  • •Scholarship window & deadline: January 1 – July 31, 2023 before 5:00 PM EST
